Do You Have a Preference for Single or Multi-Pairing Stories?

One of the main reasons I'm asking is because I'm currently in the early stages of planning a Harry Potter/A Song of Ice and Fire series (probably won't start posting until around April-June), and I'm considering who to pair him with. I've been considering doing a pure Harry/Margaery story, but I've also been considering including others in the relationship as well. Any opinions you have on the matter (including if you'd prefer Harry to be paired with someone else) are more than welcome in the comments/dms!
