Are her changes being caused by magic? Science run amok? This is all obviously on the same night, and she looks pretty happy with the results. So for this, I would say... Her boyfriend has a magical ability to change others' bodies. They've played like this before, but this is the first time they're taking his strange ability to this much of an extreme... Maybe she's saying, "You know... I don't think I'd really mind us... going a little farther, this time..."
