Though the worst tattoos are defintely the ones that supposed to be great art, like a portrait, but is terribly drawn. Sometimes it doesn't matter how good the tattoo artist is if they're getting poop on paper to work with. 💩
Though sometimes people really don't have any regrets. I made a horde tattoo on my left ancle when I was like 22. No regrets. I played World of Warcraft for 5 years - it deserves its spot!
