Project L: Part 93 - Behind the scenes

I'm really hoping that I could turn Project L into full time day job, with two to four publications per month, but as it is, "real" work takes so much of my free time that it's ridiculous.
I mean, is there even a way to go there? What could I do more to give a better value for the projects? I'd reaaaally want to move into a farm somewhere further away from the Southern Finland and start myself a proper latex studio, with weekly streams and such.
How could we get there?
