Wallpaper: A day to remember...

The time of Halloween is coming up, and that means it's time for a Halloween wallpaper. But not quite exactly.

Dia de Los Muertos is a holiday that is celebrated in Mexico and other Latin countries, and originated from the Aztec festival for the goddess Mictecacihuatl, the Lady of the Dead. It was later merged into the catholic holidays of all saints and all souls, and over time evolved into it's current form. It is not about spookiness, but about remembering the deceased loved ones, and once a year to sit with them and eat and drink together, in a festive manner, and perhaps be happy and a little sad at the same time.

Because I feel that very much matches with some of the themes in Light of my Life, I decided to dedicate this wallpaper to Dia de Los Muertos.
