I don't remember which episode but on firsts episodes of season 1, there is one episode where Steven is playing with amethyst and he fell from the hill and says he can't move, is because all his body got fractured but he healed very quickly, at the time it is like a joke but when you rewatch it, is a cry for help because he actually got injured.
