I did see the chat say it a few times. But yeah, the Boiling Isles is the decaying body of the titan. Everything that happens there is because of the the last Titan's existence. Boiling rain, the kinds of plants that grow, the color of the ground. It's all revolving around the corpse of a giant rotting demon. And when they talk around different places they reference it's body parts. The primary town being "Bonesborough" and other places mentioned like "groinopolis" and "wristburgh"
