Is the moon shrinking?

For example, the Rima Hadley looks much more like a river than a ridge. And, left of it (western), on the flat ground, there is a bigger kind of riverbed (Rima Bradley).

2019-03-01 15:23:48 +0000 UTC01:14, the upper of the two ridges seem to me rather to be a kind of river, say lava river.
