While deepening her new friendship, an idea was born one drunken night - that the employer reimburses the employees for what they eat at home. Why? Because nowadays the employer does not have to provide money to cover travel expenses, cultural events, teambuildings, food at work, etc...
The management of the company was enthusiastic and when they saw the numbers, it convinced them. I wonder if they will be just as excited to see how this benefit will change their employees in the future.
