Ok... Played it through, and realized it seems to just be a game/visual novel of the ABDL story "My mom is such a B" by Peterpants. In parts the dialogue and Plot are just copy-pasted. I'd make this disclosed upfront, instead of claiming it to be an original title/ concept.
