I know these are very popular and there are many versions out already but I had to do my version for various reasons :)
First, I've noticed that a lot of masks if you look at them from the side are cutted straight while there's actually a curved part of the jaw. In episode 3 they have showed that mask is actually foldable so I wanted to explore that more.
I still think that they have either faked it or they did something similar like I did.
3d printed masks can be heavy so instead of trying to make an accurate mask I decided to make mine as light as possible.
Last reason why I did mine was just to learn more about non organic sculpting in zbrush.


Mask has 2 options, one has only 2 holes for strap while the other one has 3.

Locking everything into place should be easy. You should rotate one part so the adjustment pin can lock into the place. After it's adjusted slide bottom part all the way into another part and then align edge lock.
