Select a new voice actress for Chloe

Hey FreshMen, our previous pick for Chloe won't be able to record her lines because of personal reasons.
So, we are reopening our poll with 12 different voice actresses. Some of them originally cast as Julia, Gabby and Carolyne, but I think they have potential to voice Chloe.
