“Clear out this space!” “Help me with this!” “We need to move her over there!”
The orders came out in a flurry, both girls directing each other as they tried to manage their panic against Talia’s rapidly-deteriorating state. Lyselle had begun hastily assembling her alchemical supplies alongside the river, while Auna mostly uttered an incoherent string of hectic swears while hustling to and fro between her injured companion and whatever pressing tasks most needed doing.
Talia, fading in and out of coherency, couldn’t help but laugh from her support of bedding and spare clothes that the girls had quickly assembled upon the grass. “Y’all silly.”
Chapter 14 is here! This also marks the public release of Chapter 7, which means it has also been updated and annotated (which required all of one new annotation lol) in the full book version as well!
I even tried to draw what I am picturing when writing Shia'ar. I checked no in-book descriptions, because time is a nightmare hellscape, so forgive me if the eye color is wrong or something. Consider it a visual draft! Kiss my DILF elf!
This round has been a considerable undertaking between the two chapter edits and preparation for the public release. (I technically still need to do the Wattpad version but I do not have time right now... and also I don't really like Wattpad that much...) Something pretty significant happens in this one, so I hope you all enjoy it!
