The voting system is based on 4 categories and commission slots.

The plan for now is to create an image set for the winner of each category and commission slot in the following month and restart the voting in the meantime. These characters are listed as "Planned Releases [Vote Winners – Month.Year]" & "Commissons [Ai Hero – Month.Year]"

Since the size of the image set will vary with each release, there might be additional time for releases of characters that placed second in the vote.

That's why it's important that you vote for each category once every month if you are interested in participating.

Also, if there are unused commission slots, they will either be filled by a character of my choice or by a character that placed second in the vote.

In addition to that, I want to keep it fair. That's why I will do the following:

• If a character ranks second and will not receive an image set, I will raise the initial vote count in the following month by 10.
• If a character from category 3 wins more than once, I will move it to category 2.

That's it for now. As the system is new, there will most certainly be issues and changes in the future. Also, if you have any ideas or recommendations, please feel free to tell me!
