Which do you think works best, red or blue hair highlights?

The red highlights implies a level of individuality (more herself), where the blue highlights implies a greater level of uniformity (more what Kuzuryutowa brainwashed her to be). I prefer the blue (not for the reason above, but because I like how the blue matches the rest of the color palette)
