Even as someone who’s watched many going seventeen eps this one also went over my head a bit, some of the inside stories and jokes were funny but not very new viewer friendly lol this is one of the ones that I skipped when I showed my niece seventeen, the plain talking ones I skip unless I like the concept lol also I looked over that playlist and it’s good I just would skip the insomnias and go in order of the playlist really but all of its fun

I wasn't confused on what the purpose of the content was, or the rules of the game, but I thought it was supposed to be funny since members were laughing and I did not get the humor part unfortunately. It happens! Will take some notes of those and give them a try. :)

It's really just them talking about each other to try to get their heart rates up and then the people with the lowest difference between their highest and lowest heart rates get to go home. Maybe the reason this episode gets recommended to new carats is because these stories (some true, some false) get referenced all the time with SVT but I don't think it should be either. Honestly the translators weren't the best for GOSE in the beginning, so it would be hard going into this with limited korean knowledge. A lot of people left some great recs for future episodes in the comments too that I'd love to see you watch.

2025-06-19 00:39:26 +0000 UTCI'm halfway through the video now I think this episode isn't the best when it comes to getting to know the members better bc they have a lot of inside jokes so maybe other episodes where they have a different activity like the mafia game ones I mentioned in another comment or the ones where there's a theme (mousebusters/best friends) I think you should give it another try with one of those 😭 lmk if u want a specific recommendation I have rewatched all gose episodes a lot once u get the hang of it u start learning their inside jokes from the episodes

But this was not a “starter ep” I skimmed through these 2 episode I can’t really help u lol. u gotta just laugh along and move on u be tryna understand too much 😂 that’s what really be messing u up. Yeah a lot of inside jokes, pre debute moments they speak about, ect. Not necessary having to do with going svt ep strictly

2025-06-19 00:32:02 +0000 UTCthis was a very lore-heavy series idk why it was advertised as beginner-friendly??? i would recommend some of the more slapstick type episodes like the kickball one or the obstacle courses! also the rules can be overwhelming but if you just turn your brain off it gets more entertaining lol
