This was fun! I don't think I know enough about member personalities to say I have a favorite NCT unit but boy do they ever battle back and forth when it comes to my favorite discography amongst them. Dream of course has had such growth from being the kids unit of NCT into their current form but they've always had nice songs even when they were a bit cutesy for me. I can't remember the full details but they actually did do the graduation system with NCT dream. Mark graduated in 2018 and both himself and fans were so unhappy with the decision that SM reversed it and he returned to the group and then they scrapped the whole graduation idea and said it's a fixed unit.

2025-04-01 17:36:31 +0000 UTCjisung (pink sweater) is the youngest and was the overall youngest in nct since dreams debut in 2016. now with wish debuting he is no longer the youngest in nct but he was for literally nct’s entire career up to this point. he exudes such maknae energy it’s crazy asf. he has the name forever maknae bcs of it . 😭 oh yeah you definitely have to react to their hot sauce album ! this was a very important album for dream considering this was mark’s official comeback album! and also one of the best albums sonically dream has made and actually my favorite nct dream album ever. the era was just so feel good and so heartwarming with all seven of them reunited, they were all so happy during every single promotional schedules. chenle’s adlibs during life still goes on insaneeee ! but in general nct dream’s live adlibs are always so clean and so pretty bro. 😭 through this entire killing voice all of their adlibs were amazing.

2025-04-01 13:37:27 +0000 UTCso glad to see nct on the channel again ahh. they’re killing voices are among my favorites bcs they really are just vibing out while casually being S tier vocalists. you got all the names correctly in the beginning ! as mentioned already in the comments nct dream had a graduation system where once you turned legal age in korea that you’d leave/graduate from the unit and join another subunit. mark left and they made a song for him leaving called dear dream. held a concert for his final stage with the dreamies where they all cried and said goodbye to him. he was absent from a few comebacks but the problem was 1. the fans were very sad seeing the members leave the unit being that they literally grew up together, they’d trained side by side since they were 12-15 years old. 2. the next 4 older members were born in 2000 which meant they’d graduate together leaving the two youngest in the unit alone which wouldn’t have made sense lol. sm poor thinking skills as usual so they ended up terminating it and reinstating mark, which he now was able to be the official leader of nct dream and why they have so much importance in saying 칠드림/7deam.

I'm fully convinced they had a meeting for what songs they were gonna do and NCT Dream was just way too damn loud and excited about so many of their songs that they did way more than usual. Mark is everyone's #1 fan, I think he really fucking enjoys live vocals, in the NCT 127 Killing Voice he looked like he was listening to Doyoung with his whole entire soul I am like 97% sure you did a reaction to We Young but if you don't remember it I sure don't lol, I find the mv to be kinda creepy The chorus to We Go Up never made sense to me until I found out the original lyric was "It's Over" which is why it sounds so fucking depressing but I guess they didn't want fans being TOO sad about Marks graduation. The video I always remember is NCT Dream being at a bookstore or a restaurant and We Go Up starts playing in the background and Jaemin looks down and screams like "not this shit AGAIN" Jisung has one of my favorite voices in all of Kpop and he's not really a strong vocalist or rapper or anything but I love everything he sings. He was the youngest NCT member overall until NCT Wish recently debuted. His voice is like morning dew, it's so soft and cool and comforting Mark graduated after We Go Up I believe, they had a last concert where Mark ended up crying and everyone was bawling and saying goodbye and then SM said "SIKE! Y'all are more profitable as 7 and also fans hate us for separating y'all because y'all grew up together as trainees" and they returned Mark to the group. There was a few songs without him but I genuinely can't imagine NCT Dream as less than 7 This video is so vibey, they're just having fun with their own songs, definitely recommend doing an album reaction to Hello Future repackage! Mark saying "sing it boy" is one of my favorite kpop moments ever Thank you for this! NCT Dream is such a special group to me. If SM had done better for them I feel like they would've been super popular after BTS. It's 7 guys who have such an obvious passion for music and performing and it shows in all their variety content. They seriously won't stop yapping and breaking into song and saying how much they love their discography and other artists. They're genuinely hilarious and really care for each other, they seem like good well rounded people despite growing up in the spotlight. They have an insane amount of talent. Dream is one of my favorite dance groups, there's not a single weak dancer. Chenle is technically the weakest but watching his fancams/choreos you would not be able to tell. Do I even need to tell you that they're good at singing? Not just that but they have pretty unique voices and they blend nicely together. As for their rap line, I feel like it's fine in general and good for a kpop group. It works for the song and they know how to deliver, they just don't seem completely into it all the time. Alright I'll stop yapping but genuinely I can't express how special this group is to me and in general.

2025-04-01 08:46:22 +0000 UTCas a long time viewer and dreamzen ive been waiting for this !!! dream have an unbelievable discography with so many bsides that do not get the attention they deserve. highly recommend the dreamscape album (not to be mistake for the dream()scape album which you’ve already listened to lol) it’s this beautiful boy band dreamy hyper pop style album. one of their best imo. loved the reaction !!
