OHMYGOD what the fuck is my memory i genuinely have forgotten so many scenes THE BEAR SCENE HAD ME STRESSED WHAT IS THIS

jam

your face during inappropriate times to have sex is so funny

aurora

poor bear lol

aurora

Your face when tormund was telling Jon about making love lmao πŸ˜‚ and we cant say anything about hodor you find out later

Frankie

You're definitely not alone. The first season definitely traumatizes you into not trusting ANYONE after what happened to Ned. It's funny watching it again cause some characters are actually very straight up about whether you can trust them or not

GOT has unlocked a new Anthony face and it kills me every time lol

I'm glad to hear that fr that just started my day off positively. Thank you!!

That baby seals comment might've been one of the worst memorable comments yo.. Cat is def a good actor. I'm glad I'm not alone with the distrust cause I feel like I might have been getting sidetracked or something but the show makes you keep your head on a swivel. In regards to Melisandre, that makes sense. I've been trying to shift perspectives on that for the same reason. Like with what I've seen so far and what I haven't seen that she has (in the fire). I just can't shake the evil that it all feels like. However, it is another person's beliefs and they might not think it's evil when they're caught up in it huh...

I understand your take too Chelsea, I think that's also part of why I'm like I don't even know you! Lol, We get like one story of her past and seeing her support Robb then bam we're in for the long haul. I do see Ms. Mercedes point too, like they are young and fresh with all this, never thought that he'd go out into the world and meet someone new. Instead was just waiting to be of age to have someone presented to him, it's gotta be some type of feeling to make it seem as if you chose the person yourself. I like Jon and Ygritte tho LOL, same as Dani. Ygritte just wanted some bone tho, Imma stand on that cause of her early dialogue. Jon had his first time snatched and fell in love I guess.

LMAO you have me dying laughing this episode. Between the look on your face every time characters let "matters of the heart" take over at inappropriate times. It to the fact that you really just said "except for that time when you threw a child off a tower to protect your incest secret with your sister. Jamie you are a really cool guy" 🀣🀣🀣

I definitely agree with you, I I'm not as invested in the romantic relationships because they feel like instant love but I also think they are well done in the sense that that the lack of depth shows something very real about how people fell in love during these times. You're so separated from our modern concepts of dating that you either meet someone and think they're super hot so you declare your undying love for them so you can get it on or you trauma bond with someone after a traumatic experience and now you're deeply in love. It reminds me of in season 1 when I think it was Ned who basically said that all these kids are so young and are children of the summer.

Disagree but also agree! I love seeing them together cause it's nice seeing Jon getting to smile and laugh for once in his life. I do wish there was more depth to the relationships in this show. I feel like we see like 4 scenes total from each couple before they're saying their wedding vows and it feels like no time has passed. I think their love would hit more if we saw more than them just having sex

Man the actress for Cat is SO GOOD, I swear I just saw my own mom in her facial expression when she saw them kissing. 😭😭 I'd say that's probably the best part of rewatching this show. You spend your first watch being so paranoid and scared of characters cause you just don't know who to trust. Once you actually know who is helping who it becomes so much easier to appreciate just how much everyone is doing behind the scenes and how loyal some people are. NGL that baby seal comment has stuck with me in the worst way possible Hodor is just Hodor, no reason for it. Just like Schnitzel from Chowder. Rada Rada rada Rada. Rada. Honestly rewatching this I can't hate Melisandre too much, she's kinda just following orders from her god that she does in fact see. She's presented as super mysterious and so she feels other-worldy but I do feel like she's not much different from people in real life who get caught up in their beliefs. Not excusing her or anything, she's definitely caused awful things and done awful things. I do think she has more sides than being evil for the sake of being evil though. Okay nice, I'm caught up with Death Note and GOT and it's only 4 am!

there might not be any plot in this show that i find less interesting than ygritte & jon together. it's actually a little irritating lol :/ i feel like we've mostly only seen talisa being lovey dovey with robb, seeing almost none of her personality. they could have at least done a better job at making their relationship a bit more convincing, but maybe that's just me...
