I'm pretty sure matsuda is/was the rookie and the youngest when this whole thing started so now he's locked into the role of doing all the stuff that gets no acknowledgement and nobody else wants to do. He's got the least experience with anything at all so he's eager to make an impact but has absolutely no stealth or street smarts it seems lol
