Like if he helps them survive the next game, they don't get more money, right? Am i missing something LOL. Also the gag of frontman 001 being similar to the old man.

And by the way I think we saw that she (I forgot her name but the girl that’s now one of the workers in pink that’s looking for her daughter) was a previous soldier when we saw her family picture since she was wearing a military uniform. I’m so excited to see what more we will see of the workers and what games they will play! And I know for sure that the old man is going to annoy me so much!! Thanks for the reactions so I could start watching it with you and I look forward to the next ones!!

His casting was also questioned because he is known to be acquainted to Lee Jungjae (Gihun) and Lee Byunghun (Front Man) that the director had to step in to say that he auditioned for the role and not because of his close ties with the main leads. Regarding your question at 18:05, TOP acted in: Movies: NINETEEN 71: INTO THE FIRE (One of the main leads) -- (his debut in movies) TAZZA: THE HIDDEN CARD (lead role) -- It is on Netflix COMMITMENT (lead role) -- Not on any streaming platforms but I saw it on Tubi.tv IRIS The Movie OUT OF CONTROL (Main lead) Dramas: I Am Sam Secret Message. I dont remember him pulling it out of a hiding place. Either way i wouldnt put it passed them since they let a whole pregnant girl join the games. They had to have known she was pregnant because she wouldnt be able to suck in her stomach or anything to hide it while unconscious

Them bringing up getting high and pills with T.O.P shocked me bc he got cancelled so hard in Korea, almost jailed but went on probation instead, so he was really seen as a criminal at one point in Korea, so kind of why T.O.P doesn't even want to stay living in Korea no more or be in the Korean general public eye like he used to but I'm glad he's still able to be active like this in Korea media...but them using those controversies he suffered through as jokes got me in mixed feelings bc tbh he really didn't do anything worth being cancelled like he did. Very interesting outcome with Squid Game here. S2 is proving to be better than S1 for me so far!

That’s where we are so opposite cuz im watching trailers too' know ok is it even in my type of genre of stuff i watch before i waste time watchin’, im lookin up the cast to see who in here if its people who can act fr/ what type of acting am i gonna expect form the actors all that😂 as annoying as it was as we know what’s to come, them not believing him 100% made sense. Honestly, i would have been annoyed if they had people just believing him that easy/fast. its like we are playing kid games to win money why would be die of all things? but man, u should have seen my face at the end of this episode cuzz that reveal was CRAZY. the mind games he about to play with gi-hum ooo . i genuinely never thought they would even write him to come into the game so i loved that move.

2024-12-27 02:55:58 +0000 UTCWow I have so much to say about this episode. Apologies in advance: I found the scene with all the players being introduced to the game instructions very interesting. I haven't watched it in a few years so maybe I'm mis-remembering but I just feel like this crowd was a lot rowdier with a lot more questioning of the authority and the games. Maybe it's just a coincidence or because there are more higher profile actors this time around who have to get their intro shots in but when season 1 was being developed it was this allegory about how people were very downtrodden by capitalism and their economic circumstances but if this season will show people fighting back more than it makes sense that everyone was being mouthier to an even mocking the pink men from the jump. where I feel like everyone was more justscared and confused in season 1. I could also be reading way too much into this I do think Gi-hun's prescence making sure the games don't go exactly the same way as they did on his first play is a cool way to spin things especially if all six of the games end up being the same at least the outcomes won't be. I think I yelled out "I hate human beings" multiple times this episode because I just knew that even though this man is trying to talk sense into them enough people would be blinded by self-interest to not take the obvious choice of stopping the game. Sure the front man came down to join the vote/game but it never should have been tied up like that in the first place. That's also the point that I got from the bread vs lottery ticket choice in episode 1. it's like desperation and greed makes you make a terrible choice. I was surprised though that he admitted to playing again so quickly I thought he was going to keep that close for a while. By the way you were asking about No-eul's shooting skills but in the photo of her, her husband and her kid they were both wearing North Korean military uniforms and the North Korean broker said something about her shooting her Superior and escaping so she must have been a sniper there or something. TOPs character is killing me LMAO. I like the way he's playing it even though I also didn't necessarily want him to be the bad guy I think it's a very ballsy choice to introduce him as some drug addled psycho considering those are amongst the things the Korean public said about him when his scandal happened but I would bet good money that he played a part in writing or developing this character almost like a "you call me crazy, I'll show you crazy" way of sticking it to people. really seems like something he would do.
