That's good lol, two more incoming rn! I'm glad this is one you're liking too! I'd like to see more about Light as well and see how his family will unfortunately have to process this information and if he'll do wrong to them if they got onto him.

2024-12-20 16:41:32 +0000 UTCFinally! I feel like every time I've tried to catch up recently I'll get to the most recent episode and you'll drop two more episodes. The high tension of this episode is really cool. There's almost a cold war like relationship between light and l and that there's no real violence or conflict happening between them but you feel everything bubbling under the surface threatening to explode. I do wonder if the show will really delve deep into lights character and the sense of an unofficial diagnosis for him he's obviously extremely intelligent, he lacks the same type of moral compass most people would have but he has the capability of caring for his own family. Was he always like this or did something happen that we'll find out about later? cuz one thing he's going to do is circle back to that God complex every time.

2024-12-13 03:14:44 +0000 UTCI've noticed that too. The voice actor did a really good job of switching up his "I am totally a normal human" voice vs his actual voice when he's by himself with Ryuk. I wonder if Light has always been that way, faking his personality until he's by himself

2024-12-12 08:22:01 +0000 UTChow does anyone have the leisure to be making deductions while having an intense tennis match? couldn’t be me it’s interesting to see them go through such high stakes at an increasingly fast rate this early on in the show because it is becoming an emotional warfare i really like his dad. he’s the moral compass of this show and he tells it to us straight that having this power is a curse. but all of these warnings from his dad and ryuk are going past light’s head cause he has the fattest inflated ego. also i enjoyed ryuk’s scene at the end. we missed him all episode and seeing him reminds us that ‘hey light isn’t a normal human being.’
