my last comment i promise: you're right about the amount of setup in this show. i certainly don't mind a slowburn but this one was on the more painful end in terms of trying to understand/keep with for a solid 5 episodes. it really could've used some higher stakes a little earlier on

2024-11-26 04:42:11 +0000 UTCher ex was a crazy addition to this show that seriously put into perspective just how OUT OF THEIR MINDS everyone else on this show is. also the way they shot the absolute frenzy seonga went into after murdering that dude with the crutch (plus the beauty of the backdrop behind her while she was murdering that dude) was crazy, my anxiety was rising the whole time

2024-11-26 04:38:54 +0000 UTCher ex might be the only sane person in the whole show, if you ask me. cause i was actually so sick thinking about the little boy since episode 1, i was just satisfied to see someone finally be truly upset about him BEING KILLED?! like even yeongha seemed more upset by the fact that it happened in his house, than the fact that it happened in the first place. i know him dying was just a driving point of the main plot or whatever, but i was so stuck on it :/
