Update for Patreon + Tiers!
Added 2024-10-31 19:13:38 +0000 UTCYo! A few things I wanted to remind you guys of before November starts.
As I updated you guys with in August, Apple has started to charge additional fees (30% EXTRA) when joining the Patreon of any creator you support. I suggest everyone to no longer start or renew memberships through the iOS Patreon application. It is fine on Android, but not on the official iPhone Patreon app. Please do all your subscriptions/renewals to ANYBODY'S Patreon, through an internet browser on your phone like Safari/Chrome or on your laptop/PC.
Also, starting tomorrow the "Crew Too" tier will be deleted, so make sure you guys swap to the regular Crew tier because you would keep a $5 pledge but have no access to content. There wasn't many people on the "anime only" tier, so I figured it may not be a problem to merge with the normal $5 tier I have here. I see a few creators I follow that have things mixed with anime so hopefully no problems here. I want to see if having it mixed will encourage some of the existing $5 patrons to watch and engage with the anime content here too. All 5 users on that tier have been sent a dm as an additional reminder!

2024-10-31 22:29:29 +0000 UTCI think when using Apple pay it will show you the price before you put your face id or passcode, so just compare and make sure that it doesn't add 30% to your tier price! Just don't make any pledges or anything through the official IiPhone app!

2024-10-31 20:47:43 +0000 UTCOmg i completely missed that! Just a question i have an Android phone and don't use like an Apple pay method on my ipad so is it ok? The only Apple product that I have installed the app on is my iPad so just to be sure, is it fine? On my Mac I just use the website
