More often than not you might ask the question and then end up answering it for yourself a few minutes later so I feel like you do catch on to things a lot. Also keep in mind the people who are watching a drama with you may often be watching it for the second time so they do have the benefit of having connected the dots already that you don't.

2024-10-23 13:57:45 +0000 UTCI think western shows tend to be easier to follow and make predictions because there's not the language barrier. You already know english and can follow the names and locations easier than a kdrama, so you can put more energy into the storyline. There's not a huge difference, but the familiarity i have with western culture tends to also help me keep up. But you definitely do have a keen eye in kdramas too, i think it's just names and faces that trip you up.
