I gauge likes/comments as interest so knowing there will be some of y'all hanging out for the vids helps a lot so I don't drop the show o.O
Still haven't tested LR on YouTube yet, but once I get some results with that - it'll help a bunch! Either way I go, I'll stagger releases on YouTube, so Patreon will be AHEAD and unedited for those videos! So I'd imagine whichever route with the shows, Patreon will be at least two weeks ahead of YouTube once I determine a posting frequency. :D

~~ Episode 2 was just as good as the first honestly, so many questions opened up at the end but now I'm really just hoping for a genuine connection to bloom between these two because right now it just feels like Im Sol is a stalking fan (in a way) and I'm having a hard time letting go of that despite her trying to save his life lol.

Your face was killing me in the last bit of that episode LOL. This is definitely silly but in a fun way so far. Some of the tropes are common but it's well done enough that I'm not annoyed by any of the characters I like the little twist that he had a crush on her first and she never even noticed him back in the original timeline. I hope this means it will kind of speed up the romance storyline because sometimes these dramas just drag out the will they won't they like each other part of it too long and I think there's a lot of other interesting stuff to tackle.

2024-05-27 01:17:41 +0000 UTCI think part of the charm of the first few episodes is her figuring out how to act normal after being sent to the past.. it's more realistic that she can't get her shit together around Sunjae for a while and keeps fumbling. You can tell by how Sunjae reacts normally to her weirdness (despite the reveal at the end of the episode) that this is on purpose. imo

2024-05-25 04:46:13 +0000 UTCI love how Sunjae had a crush on Imsol first!! I thought that was so cute!! The fan/Idol cringe relationship gets better as the show goes on!! It honestly doesn't seem like such a big deal once you get further into the drama. I think it helps that even though ImSol is a borderline crazy fan, she CAN make pretty responsible choices, doesn't mean she always does, but in the first episode with her CHOOSING to go to the job interview, or in this episode where she gives the insight on parents feeling hurt when their child is also hurt to Taesung. I think that these 2 opposite personality traits help balance ImSol and make her and SunJae's relationship development very enjoyable!!

At once scene in the pool I was like bruh he looks like Taemin! & Lowkey yeah technically right lmao, that happens a lot in isekai anime where they die and get reborn as a young person or something but retain their memories as an adult and it might have desensitized me in that regard lol.

Sorry in advance for the long comment 🙏🏽 Just some fun random facts bc of some things you said. So, the guy they were protecting in the ep 1 at the swim competition is an actual Olympic gold medalist swimmer, Park Taehwan (it was a cameo), however he fits into the story bc that competition was to get a look at the swimmers for the 2008 Olympics, he was actually 18/19 at the time and honestly doesn’t look much different now that he’s 34 lol. Also, while I do agree that Ryu Sunjae (real actor name Byeon Wooseok) doesn’t look to be a senior high schooler, it’s was just funny you said he looks to be about 24 bc he does look that but he’s actually 32 yrs old. Now, about Sol’s stalker-ish habits, it’s okay to feel weird about them although she does have good intentions. But, trust me along the way you will honestly forget she was even a fan so your hopes for a genuine connection will be fulfilled. Anyways, thanks again for the reactions and I hope you react to the entire series! It honestly brought back such an exciting feeling to us older kdrama viewers that a lot of new kdramas just haven’t been giving, that’s why it’s so hyped!
