Update for next year + Tier change (Agaaiiinn...)

Happy new year, everybody! Or at least not just yet, but we're getting there :U

2019 has been an extremely busy year for me. Felt like I've taken on more projects than I've had in any previous year, on top of getting a ton of progress finished with the animation I'll be releasing soon. It should be finished and ready to go by the first half of February, and I can't wait to show off what I've worked on! There's a lot I'd like to do in 2020 that I wasn't able to do this year, so hopefully I can get around to that.

But onto Patreon related matters. Some of you may not like this, but others have seriously been itching to poke me about it. A handful of you who're in my Discord server are likely aware of my hand issues due from overwork. Given the little amount of time I have to dedicate to drawing the projects I want due to juggling comms with sketch rewards, as well as animation taking a grueling amount of energy to finish, I had to think on this decision for a while. I've decided to just cut out sketch rewards indefinitely. Don't worry if you've already pledged this month since I still plan on getting those sketches done. But I'm in no position to keep it up consistently anymore.

When I started this Patreon back in 2018, I never imagined that it would catch on for as much as it did. Not only that, I could sketch things out rather quickly. What I didn't think ahead of time was that my art style would grow and evolve. I get more detailed, more meticulous, more precise with my strokes, and my urge to try and make a piece the best it can possibly be often gets the better of my ability to restrain myself. Overworking to that degree is just something I can't help, and I can't do that for ten sketches at the expense of my wrist's health every month. At the same time, I wouldn't want to throw away the guaranteed $400 that helps keep my freezer stocked and phone bill paid. So what should I do? D:

I've chatted with some friends who run their own Patreons for ideas and I think this is something I feel a lot of you may feel is a good replacement. I won't give you all a sketch each month, but I can give you this. Recall my rule where I forbid any sort of NSFW commission inquiry? I've decided that anyone who pledges to that tier can bypass the rule. Yeah, you heard me. All the high tier Rage of the Dragon boys are free to commission any lewd, kinky, sloppy, sweaty piece of smut they want ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

My account was marked as NSFW by the staff earlier this year without my knowing, even though this was never made to promote my erotica art I do on the side. So, hey, I may as well embrace it am I right? As for how it will work, there are a few fine points I should highlight.

• The discount reward does not apply to R-18 inquiries.
• Commissions are not fully guaranteed every month since I'm closed sometimes.
• Depending on the content, I'm free to turn it down. We can talk details and reach a fair compromise.

That's just about it really. I understand that this change in plans doesn't vibe with everyone, and it's completely fair if you guys lowered to another tier or drop your pledges outright. Thanks for helping me get this far though. I really do appreciate the support you guys have given me throughout the year.
