"What were you doing, my guy??" + UPDATE!

All right, so activity on Patreon/Twitter/Newgrounds/etc. for September has been practically non-existant. So you all know, September has been incredibly busy. This is why:

The first episode of the webseries I've been working on is finally near completion! For the entire month, I've literally set everything aside to get it done. Plans for projects I've wanted to do, commissions, basic social media interactivity, pretty much a majority of my life to dedicate every ounce of my being into making this.

Spent sleepless nights on rough animation, clean up, color, video effects, lip syncing to voice actor recordings, and now it's finally starting to pay off. At this rate, we'll meet our deadline for an October premiere no problem. The plan is to debut the end result at an Archon panel, which the director, the couple other animators, and myself will be hosting. I'll make a post on Twitter once we get details hammered out.

I'm gonna be honest. For the longest time, working on this has been feeling like a huge wall keeping me from what I've been wanting to do for months. Now that I can see a light at the end of the tunnel, it feels like a huge weight has been lifted. Soon enough I can reap the reward of seeing a full on animated short I've made in its finished state. Which feels pretty good <3

As for my break from sketch rewards. Although work on PlotQuest kept me from working on the things I've wanted to do for a long time, I'll keep my word. Rage of the Dragon tier Patrons are free to leave a character request in my Patreon Inbox, and everyone who's downgraded can upgrade back to the highest tier. So you all know, there's a good chance I won't start on them immediately since there are projects I would still like to start. But rest assured I can deliver this time.
