In short: Fitness tier of next month (May 2025) will feature:
-4 new workouts;
-A mission gamification calendar format;
-Seth Lowell;
-Meal plan, nutrition guide;
-And Intensity levels.
When doing some research about the game I came across this feature from the game that is basically a feature in the game called The Investigator Training. So the workout calendar this month is directly inspired from that structure. Gamification being my favorite way to stay motivated, I was excited just thinking about the concept implementing this ZZZ + fitness combo! That said...

⚡ This month Seth Lowell leads you through the C.I.S.R.T. (Criminal Investigation Special Response Team) onboarding program with 4 new workouts. Your mission? To complete progressively harder Training Courses categorized as:
🥊 Combat (High-intensity training)
Support (Full body, two voltages levels)
Offensive (Kickboxing inspired) - from previous series train with Sylus
Endurance (Cardio, two voltages levels)
Focused Defense (mobility) - from previous series
Disorder (Flow workout) - from previous series train with Rafayel
🧠 Knowledge Theory (Focused/core control, balance, 2 voltage levels)
🧩 Tactical (Agility, coordination, reaction drills)
This month, you will be able to select what you want to opt in when it comes to intensity levels! Let's reinforce accessibility and inclusivity with ''Voltage Levels'' ⚡⚡⚡
“Your mission, your rules. Select your Voltage Level based on how your body feels. Whether you’re in stealth mode or high alert, respect your limits—it's what keeps Investigators in the game long-term.”
''Voltage Levels''
⚡ Low (Low intensity)
⚡⚡⚡ High (High intensity)
Which means that within the same video, 2 levels of difficulty will be available in the Seth series and for other workouts where it's necessary, multiple options will be offered for you to choose !
Stay focused on how you feel, not how you look. Working out should make you feel better while enhancing your capabilities. Food on the other hand, should be fuel for function.
It's been requested times and times again. I shall bring it back to the table, or should I say, the dinner table. 🎤🥁🐍 I said it before but I am not a nutritionist, but I am sharing what works for me as an example to inspire your own nutritional plans. So never replace my advice with what your doctor or professional said. However I hope this can help you guys find more ideas in the nutrition aspect of you fitness journey.
AND REMEMBER:
“We’re not here to change ourselves—we’re here to power up. Your body is your ultimate rig. These meals and missions are about fueling your strength, your speed, your creativity. while protecting the joy of moving and self care that comes with it”
