This series was created in the spirits of the workout calendar of April 2025. Just like the audio section ''secret times'' of Love and Deepspace, get motivated for the day with these audios.

Keep in mind that I am a complete beginner at this, this was my first time recording and editing audio, I am not a voice actor, just a very motivated passionate cosplayer excited to learn a new medium 💖✨

For when you fall

"Hey love, I don’t know why but.. I just wanted to check in on you- Oh… ? Is something wrong ?

I see... and yeah, today must've really hit harder than it should've been. Wanna telI me more while I make you some warm tea? Bet you'll feel much better after.

Hmm… well…  I understand a bit more now. It can be very draining when life has you running into things that don’t go the way you want, it just piles up and it feels like we can’t see the reason we really wanted to start something to begin with. Starting new things, learning and being a beginner, truly, is hard, really hard. I’ve been there too, you know. 

But, let me tell you something, there is so much character in getting back up from a fall. And that’s why I am so proud of you. 

I genuinely think so. And yes, some days you might tell yourself:  "I wasn't able to do the exercise properly". "I didn't do all the exercises I should have done". "I skipped a day".... And you know what? I am still proud of you…

Why ? Hmmm… In my eyes, I think It’s because there is something so honest and inspiring about the way you protect your dreams. 

It’s almost like, even when faced with the greatest adversity, you’ll still yell at the world: I still care. I still want this. Sometimes we’re so busy trying to find the right way to do things, that we lack to see all the ways we were right. 

And as I said, learning something new or starting something takes courage.  Not only are you working hard but I will always find it so lovely how deep down, deep deep down in your heart, even when everyone is trying to find reasons to say no, you go out there, and find all the reasons to say yes. Yes I can, yes I will, yes I also have my place here. 

And love, you’re not always going to feel strong, you will stumble, you will make mistakes.

But even after all of that, I know— I know! that you will find within yourself the strength to get back up and try again. And that— That counts for something. You’re not powerless in the face of change.

But here’s the secret dear, if it was easy, everybody would do it… And If it were, it wouldn’t mean as much

What you’re doing, this journey you are fighting for, It’s a bold, committed and loving act of rebellion. A rebellion against the limitations that you once set for yourself. 

It’s going to be okay, I promise. Because you’re doing so well, because you keep trying… because you’re offering yourself the gift of being human. And I think that is absolutely beautiful.

And to be completely honest with you, there are days when I feel the same way, but thinking about that constant ambition of yours inspires me so much. And I know that It’s not just me, even though people might not always tell you, I hope that you know that there are people out there that feel empowered by your journey. Because those struggles don't become easier. You become stronger.

And now-- there's a challenge ahead of you. You know yourself, and you know you can do it. Even if a full workout is too much for you now, you can do a part of it. No matter the time it takes, your own unique path deserves its own unique rhythm.

I don’t think I say it enough… but keep inspiring me, and in turn, I’ll keep on believing in you, even on the days you forget how to believe in yourself.
