So I've personally been focusing a lot on abs lately, so I thought that it would be very in theme to make the new workouts ABS FOCUSED ALONG WITH HOW TO PROPERLY TRAIN THEM!
SO for April, the main target muscle will be abs πͺ with 4 new videos:
Cardio abs (total core)
Front abs focus (upper and lower, rectus abdominis)
Oblique and side focus (oblique + serratus)
Deep core focus (stability and strength, transverse abdominis + lower back)
I will also be explaining how to properly flex the abdominal muscles for better results giving as much tips as I can !
