Getting Promoted to the K-9 Korps

Officer Lilliana Sinclair has been promoted to the K-9 corps. Unknown to her, she must serve a tour as canine for the first 3 years of her assignment.
Her handler, Officer Parker, is charged with caring for her and initiating the bonding process. Once bonded, Liliana will retain all of her human intellect while gaining the strength and agility of a Malinois working dog.
Upon completion of her tour, she will personally select another officer to take her place in the field while she serves as their handler.
While serving her tour as a working dog, Liana resides with Parker, her handler. He helps meet all of her needs at work, recreation, and intimacy.
To keep Liliana's mind intact, she is not permitted to breed with feral dogs. Else she may become feral herself. Parker keeps her close at all times when she is in heat to keep strays from finding her.
