That's the one I had while reading this in the best way possible because IT'S SO EFFING CUTE I'M CRYING. 😭 😭 I love Haitham narrating this. There's something I love so much about characters guessing/knowing what the other one is feeling and the fact that he's confident enough to say Kaveh will propose to him shows how far they have come and how deep their relationship is 😭 (not that Kaveh is hiding it very well but he's trying his best) I wonder if he knew Kaveh was in love with him before they started dating as well, or if he didn't dare to hope and therefore kept this thought sealed shut 🥹 Kaveh's face in the first panel of the second page is so beautiful?? In general this boy looks dead drop gorgeous and I love the necklace and that it's similar to his merch one (which I kinda regret not getting shdjfkhsd). But his expression conveys so much - the thought that being married to Alhaitham sounds nice, maybe that he already had these thoughts as well 🥹 Also "So you can retire by forty" pls me too, get me out. AND THEN HE'S MEASURING HIS FINGER AND HAITHAM PRETENDS TO BE SLEEPING BUT HE CAN'T HELP THE SMILE I'M CRYING. Especially when he himself said he's been waiting for this for a long time, he must be feeling ecstatic. Also I very appreciate a sleepy Haitham, so thank you for always delivering. 🙏 And of course, Alhaitham being a little shit thinking of beating him to it just to see if Kaveh would be annoyed lmao. Why does he exist and why do I kin him so bad. Also Kaveh being so embarrassed and flustered that his face drops down is so cute, that's my grown baby boy 😭😭 AND THEN HAITHAM CUDDLES HIM AND IT'S THE SWEETEST URGH. I love how he gives Kaveh the relief of pretending to not have been awake for long. And when he said he hopes Kaveh will propose soon, a part of me died because that's so adorable 😭 This man has waited for years. But it also shows how much he values Kaveh and that, while he wanted to marry him so bad, never proposed himself. It fits his personality perfectly and he adapts to Kaveh's pace. ... and as a sidenote, I'm always thankful for Alhaitham's biceps.
