Oh yeah, Frieren did not seem to care for the trolling and was hesitant to keep up with appearances around it – definitely showing the Elves are not really…caring in the ramifications of their immortal actions. And oh yeah, I’m glad Fass took it as well as he did – imagine searching for 50 years for lavender-tasting pork? Nah man. Hahahaha!! That’s a fair point in Milliarde being disappointed and how maybe we should critique them more for their pranks. Considering the “goddess” of this world looks like an elf, how do we know the “goddess” in question wasn’t just an elf starting a religion for the lolz? I agree, though, that Frieren almost reads as a True Neutral for a lot of the story, but I like her as Lawful Neutral as well. Is there a Jesus morality for Himmel? 😛Thank you for the comment!

So i can get aboard the "the friends we made along the way" and "it's about the journey, not the destination" as much as anyone but Milliardes trolling sure could have gone far worse, good thing Fass took it as he did. But he did spend over 200 years looking for it so i sure hope it was more of a hobby he did between bouts of lets say spoiling his grand kids and whatever else he wanted out of life. Because that's more than half the life span of even a long lived dwarf, if you had been looking for that chinese restaurant for over 50 years, doing not much else, that might just have made the disappointment the tiniest smidge worse. :P Are we to interpret Milliard as having had some great disappointment of her own? and just deciding to just punish whichever poor sod found her little joke? Perhaps near immortal beings shouldn't be allowed to prank beings with short life spans, They might land a bit different than they can understand. If we are going to try aligning Frieren with the morality of DnD we might say she is "good" but many times perhaps "neutral" is a better fit (atleast when she doesn't have a specific Himmel memory to base her decisions on), but we can for sure say she is "lawful" because she sure seems willing to take any punishment the law deems appropriate, whether it's for attacking demons in the middle of a town or forgetting the very concept of compounding interest.

I just noticed the bracelet Stark is wearing after you pointed it out! I think that the bracelet he's wearing is the one he picked out with Fern on his 18th birthday in episode 12.
