Hey Patrons!
This month I've been giving lectures on Digital Coloring for Comics at the Center for Cartoon Studies. Every Thursday in February, I spend three hours with budding cartoonists, teaching them the basics of color theory and how to apply it in Photoshop.
And I'm sharing my notes! They go over essential tips for coloring, flatting, and shading in Photoshop, Clip Studio, or other drawing programs.

If you're interested in color, I'm teaching a workshop next month on coloring in part of a free teaching project with Gale Galligan. We're looking for attendees who are aspiring comic artists from marginalized backgrounds. Apply here!
