FANBOX記事非表示の件と対策について FANBOX articles not being displayed and countermeasures

先日発生したFANBOX記事非公開の件について、見解がまとまりましたのでご報告いたします。

結論、

・問答無用で徐々に再公開。今後の更新はキャラ設定をぼかして分かり辛くする。

・半年後（2023年9月ごろ）を目途にFANBOX上での活動を辞め、Fantia・Patreonに移す。

（FANBOX上で頂いたリクエスト等は引き続き作成、リクエスト権も引き続き使用可能。）

・最終的に、個人で作成したWEBサイトに規制を緩くしたバージョンを掲載。（最低限の機能を実装したWEBサイトを1年を目途に作り、運営。）

この3点を行っていきたいと考えています。

まず、非公開になってしまった原因は恐らく以下の通りなのではないかと考えています。

・中学生男子のR18、R18Gを投稿しているため

・自〇に繋がりやすいイラストを投稿しているため

・文章が倫理的に欠ける

FANBOX運営に非公開にされた理由を問い詰めたいところなのですが、一貫して答えないというスタンスを取っているのでかなり難しいです。

正直、個人的には非公開にされて理由をしっかりと開示してくれれば対処しやすいし、運営の誤BANも防げると思うんですけどね……ここでお気持ち垂れてもしょうがないか。

そのため、FANBOXでの活動をやめ、別の場所に移るというのが最適解であると結論付けました。

次に、それに対する対処方法として、最初に述べた3つの施策を実施していきたいと思います。

1,問答無用で徐々に再公開。今後の更新はキャラ設定をぼかして分かり辛くする。

非公開にされた記事とそうでない記事の共通点を探していたのですが、、、、、

マジで分からない。本当に分からない。意味が分からない。

中学生男子にエッチな事をしているのが原因なのかな～と思ってたら、非公開にされてない中学生男子のエッチなイラストがあるし、

首吊りがマズいのかな…？と思ってたら、非公開にされていない首吊りイラストがあるし…

挙句の果てに、巷でよく見るHなイラスト（モザイクあり）とか設定資料が非公開になっているし……一体何がダメなんだ……

恐らく運営さんの謎基準によってイラストが非公開になってしまっているんだと思います。

正直なところ、運営側の身勝手な理由でイラストを勝手に非公開にする行為に憤りを感じています。

非公開にされてしまった理由を開示してくれるのならまだしも、それすらもない。

Pixivのユーザー数が多いから仕方のない部分ではあるんでしょうが、この対応はクリエーター側に不利すぎるのではないでしょうか。

ちょっとお気持ちが出てしまいました。スミマセン。

あまりにも意味が分からなすぎて感情的になってしまいました。

この問題については、以下の修正をかけてから再公開で様子を見ようと思います。

・モザイクの強化

・文章を一部変更（未成年に関わる描写を変更。もしくは削除。）

2,半年後（2023年9月ごろ）を目途にFANBOX上での活動を辞め、Fantia・Patreonに移す。

意味も分からず勝手に非公開設定されてしまう媒体を使用するメリットが全くないため、半年後（2023年9月ごろ）くらいにFANBOXからFantia,Patreonに移っていきます。

具体的なスケジュールは追々決めていきます。決まり次第お知らせしますので少々お待ちください。

3,最終的に、個人で作成したWEBサイトに規制を緩くしたバージョンを掲載。

最終的に個人用WEBサイトにイラストを公開していくスタンスに移していきます。

参考にしているのがねぎしょ氏の様な運営スタイル。

会員のみが閲覧できる機能を実装して、そこでクローズドに運営していく。そんなサイトを作っていきたいと考えています。

すぐに作って公開したいのですが……開発に少し時間が掛かってしまいます。

たぶんフル実装で恐らく1年くらいかな…？

でもマジで最低限の機能（投稿記事を見るだけ）であればすぐに実装は出来ると思うので、一定以上ご支援いただいている方に向けて先行公開していきたいなと思います。

We are pleased to report that we have reached a consensus on our views regarding the recent occurrence of the FANBOX article non-disclosure.

Conclusion,

・Re-publish gradually without question. Future updates will blur the characterization and make it harder to understand.

・We will quit our activities on FANBOX and move to Fantia Patreon around the end of the next six months (around September 2023).

(Requests received on Fanbox will continue to be created, and request rights will continue to be available.)

・Finally, a version with looser restrictions was posted on a website created by a private individual. (A website with minimal functionality will be created and operated for a period of one year.)

We intend to do these three things.

First, we believe that the reasons for the privatization are probably as follows.

・Because we are posting R18 and R18G of junior high school boys.

・Because I have posted illustrations that are likely to lead to self-harm.

・The text is unethical.

I would like to ask the FANBOX management why I was made private, but it is quite difficult because they have consistently taken the stance of not answering.

Frankly, I personally think it would be easier to deal with the situation if it was made private and the reason was disclosed clearly, and it would also prevent false banning by the management. ...... I guess I can't help but dwell on my feelings here.

Therefore, we have concluded that the best solution is to stop working on fanbox and move to another location.

Next, I would like to implement the first three measures I mentioned as a way to deal with this.

1, Gradually reopen the site without question. Future updates will blur the characterization and make it harder to understand.

I've been looking for commonalities between articles that were made private and those that were not: 、、、、、

I really don't know. I really don't get it. I don't understand what you mean.

I was wondering if it's because they're doing naughty things to middle school boys... and then there are naughty illustrations of middle school boys that aren't made private,

Maybe it's the hanging that's not good...? Then, there are illustrations of hangings that are not made public...

To top it all off, there are H illustrations (with mosaic) and setting materials that are often seen on the street that are not made public. ......What in the world is wrong with this ......

Perhaps the illustrations have been made private due to the mysterious criteria of the management.

Frankly speaking, I am angry at the management's act of making illustrations private without permission for selfish reasons.

If they would disclose the reason why the illustration was made private, but they don't even do that.

I guess it is an unavoidable part of Pixiv's large number of users, but I think this response is too unfavorable to the creators' side.

I'm sorry that my feelings came out a bit. I'm sorry.

I was too emotional because it didn't make too much sense.

I will make the following corrections to this issue and then reopen it to the public to see how it goes.

・Enhancement of the mosaic

・Change some of the text (Change the description that pertains to minors. Or removed.)

2, I will quit my activities on Fanbox and move to Fantia/Patreon by the end of the next 6 months (around September 2023).

Since there is absolutely no merit in using a medium that is set to private without meaning and without permission, we will move from FANBOX to Fantia and Patreon in about half a year (around September 2023).

We will decide on the specific schedule as soon as it is decided. We will let you know as soon as it is decided, so please be patient.

3,Finally, a version with looser restrictions will be posted on my personal website.

Finally, we will move to a stance of publishing illustrations on a personal website.

The style of operation like Negisho's is used as a reference.

I will implement a function that only members can view, and operate the site there in a closed manner. We would like to create such a site.

I would like to make it and publish it immediately, but it will take a little time to develop .......

Probably about a year for full implementation...?

However, if it has seriously minimal functionality (just looking at posted articles), I think I can implement it right away, so I would like to release it in advance for those who have supported it above a certain level.
