I’ll turn my instagram into a fitness page and I’ll document my weight loss journey! How hard can it be to get back in shape? The one thing that is kind of weird is that I’ve 10xed my calorie intake, but I haven’t used the restroom once since the party the other night.” Beverly said out loud to herself. The reason for this is, Beverly would eat and it would all go to her belly and then redistribute the fat around her body. Her body was utilizing and storing 100% of the food she ate, so her before picture would be the thinnest she would ever be again.
