Melissa got dressed, and the doctor came back in with a stack of papers. “Alright out with it Doctor!” She said. “Have you undergone any fertility treatments lately?” He asked. She shook her head. “Well um i don’t know how to tell you this, but there are six unique heartbeats coming from inside of you. I witnessed the fetuses growing right before my eyes! I’ve never seen anything like it before. I recommend you stay here so we can keep you under observation over the next couple of days.” He said. Melissa’s jaw dropped. “What?! No no no, there must be a mistake! I can’t stay I need to go. I’ll give you a call, but I’m going to need a second opinion!” Melissa said as she grabbed her bag and headed for the door. “Thanks doc!”

Her belly had gotten noticeably bigger, but due to the fabric of her new dress it was hard to tell because it was so stretchy.
