Trying to do any sort of exercise put a major strain on her heart and could kill her. When her doctor told her that. She decided to double down on being fat. She asked her doctor about having sex. Her doctor strongly advised against it. Even just having some one eat her out could be lethal. If he got trapped under her fat belly, he could literally drown with his face in her vagina. This was disappointing because she could no longer reach down there to please herself.
