Pixie Panties Chapter 2

Y'all decided to have Neal Perry free Isabelle, but the poll turned out closer than I thought it would. Chapter 2 starts with a mysterious scene, so don't be thrown off by it. It'll all make sense eventually:)

Like the previous chapter, this one ends with a decision to make. This decision will be decided by Patreon poll. I'll post that poll shortly; I'm excited to find out what y'all will decide will happen!
