It's a great voice actor when you can't tell, with just a bit of concentration, who is voicing a character. Many of the bit characters are voiced by regular Naruto voice actors like the guys who voice Kakashi, Shino, or Kiba. I tip my hat to you, Steve Blum. That is if I had one. LOL
