This was actually a confirmed error, I think they rushed production of the episode which led to the opposite coloring

2024-10-28 19:41:52 +0000 UTCLike kishimoto said he did a poor job writing Sakura so yea she’ll suck at the beginning but i respect both your opinions and that’s because you explained why you dislike her and it made sense. Most people just say they don’t like her because she’s a girl or for not dating Naruto

2024-10-02 04:48:55 +0000 UTCEpisodes 349 through 361. That's a ways away but consider it as a filler you watch. It has some great backstory. It's positioning is awkward and the first part of it is kinda slow but the ending of it will make you love certain people and scenes of the show more.

2024-10-02 03:19:55 +0000 UTCYeah, my whole point was in response to Hector who was saying Sasuke being as young as he was didn't know about their plan of course which is why Itachi decided to spare him. But we all know it stems from being his little brother more than anything because Sasuke wasn't the only innocent one; there were other little kids who most likely didn't know anything but they still got killed.
Brianda Sandoval
2024-10-02 01:37:27 +0000 UTCThere were other children, Itachi's mission wasn't just to kill the Uchiha, it was to kill every man woman and child, that included babies...Itachi even killed his own girlfriend (theorized, backed by several manga slides but never 100% confirmed)

2024-10-01 20:27:07 +0000 UTCI'm sure Sasuke wasn't the only one who didn't know what was going on. The Uchiha were a large clan with their own district so it's a bit farfetched to think Sasuke was the only child. There's no way there weren't other Uchiha kids.

2024-10-01 20:25:19 +0000 UTCYeah no, Kakashi knew from the beginning what kind of pain Sasuke was carrying and he did nothing to stop it prior to that moment. Kakashi was arrogant in thinking the kid was just like him that he ignored all the signs Sasuke was descending further into darkness; he just assumed Sasuke would take same path he did if he tied him up and lectured him. Even if Kakashi did go through something similar who is he to say that Sasuke has no right to avenge his family. It's clear as day Sasuke didn't care about the after which means he never even considered surviving his showdown with Itachi. You think I'm going to forget how Kakashi just abandoned his own squad to their own luck while he didn't even hesitate to help team 10 avenge Asuma; where was that kind of support for Sasuke? Before we knew what Itachi's real intentions were he too was considered a threat to the Leaf because he was after Naruto so how come Kakashi didn't gather team 7 together and train them rigorously for a couple of years so as a squad they could have tried to take him on together whether they would have succeeded or not is irrelevant. Kakashi didn't bond with Sasuke at all, all he did was train him to mold him into another him. I love Kakashi as a character but he was a terrible sensei to his squad. That stuff with Iruka was filler and we've been told numerous times in canon material that Iruka makes an effort to spend time with Naruto by taking him out to lunch and actually talking to him about his behavior and showing true empathy which makes Naruto think of him as the closest thing to a father which is something Kakashi never did with Sasuke. We saw nothing that indicated Kakashi tried talking to Sasuke about what's been going on with him before this moment. The most we ever saw is Kakashi training him to use the chidori but nothing that had to do with him talking about the past or even asking him how he's been feeling about the curse mark which he helped seal. Don't misunderstand, I'm in no way implying Kakashi doesn't care about Sasuke or that they don't have their own kind of bond. I said prior in my post he didn't bond with Sasuke and I want to clarify I mean in the sense he didn't bond like a father in the way Iruka did for Naruto who he really does consider as his second dad. I'm not saying Kakashi is wrong in trying to reach Sasuke but I still and will always maintain he handled this situation all wrong by forcing him to listen and flatly saying "Listen you've got to forget about revenge" if I were in Sasuke's position there's no way I'd see that as empathy and I bet you if Kakashi had gone deeper with the talk and went through every single event that happened in his life where he lost every single person that mattered to him. I guarantee Sasuke would have opened his eyes just a bit because trust me hearing the Obito story in detail would have definitely hit harder than "Everyone you're talking about is already dead" in deadpan tone.

2024-10-01 19:09:34 +0000 UTCI think Baris is saying As in Itachi COULD kill Sasuke if he wanted to. Not necessarily that he WOULD…we all saw and know Itachi’s care for Sasuke and the village. But also because Sasuke was the youngest member of the clan (so it would seem) so he knew nothing of what was going on. Sasuke only saw what he thought was reality. I am sure though, that if push came to shove Itachi would consider killing Sasuke to save the village. He killed his own parents LMAO. I think that’s pretty significant. But again Sasuke knew nothing about what was REALLY happening. Itachi was half dead and blind and still having Sasuke for lunch in their battle. Naruto’s response is key because it’s a bit idealistic in his part, but also it does warm Itachi that someone would go to great lengths to save someone he cares about from the darkness. Someone that doesn’t have to. He said it himself Sasuke is a blank canvas so he’s know of the possibilities but the response Naruto gave is that both are equally important to him without shedding blood

2024-10-01 19:05:50 +0000 UTCAlso!!!! Naruto was only from the beginning and left on his own too far worse than Sasuke. Just pointing and clarifying that. He DID NOT have Iruka while growing up. Iruka came into Naruto’s life and formed that bond right before (like days maybe if not 1) they were all assigned to Team 7 when they both had Kakashi. Soooo kind of faulty there.

2024-10-01 18:59:03 +0000 UTCDebate time!! 😂 (I’m made this erased) but I disagree (with above). Kakashi never, not once, told or imparted to Sasuke to get over his feelings or trauma. That was not the message. Like “Narious” said, Kakashi was absolutely talking to him from a place of empathy and from a position of knowing first hand. Yes, Sasuke had his clan eradicated by one (two) person who is family! On the flip side, Kakashi, also lost/saw his father die (after the fact) to suicide and was PUBLICLY ridiculed. He saw his closest friend die in front of him unable to save him, legit CRUSHED. And then he killed the one person with whom he might have actually had a connection with. He killed her. Kakashi went through his own trauma and that shadow led him to be ruthless as well after the fact and before while in the Anbu. We all saw that. Did Sasuke have more external factors influencing him than Kakashi at that age, YES! However lol Itachi was doing it for his own judgement - full circle situation. Orochimaru yes wanted a vessel but he don’t matter right now. So over all Kakashi understands the darkness that’s around Sasuke’s heart. Where Kakashi (and Itachi) and Sasuke differ is that they were eventually able to place and weigh the village over individuals. You can only “fill the hole in your heart” with new bonds.

2024-10-01 18:57:12 +0000 UTCYeah! I mean the last 2 seconds when he wanted to atone, honestly don’t justify everything he has done. Granted, more will be revealed in the future 😈 but here I don’t think his end justified any of his means in the past

2024-10-01 18:43:21 +0000 UTCThat look from Naruto… that “how dare you” stare mixed with “you know you fucked up” It’s so wild. Even Sasuke is apprehensive. He’s heard of Naruto’s growth, of his defeat of Pain and being told straight up that he’s likely surpassed Sasuke. Just think of how much Naruto was in Sasuke’s head in the old days. It practically haunted Sasuke like Vegeta thinking of Goku. So now, knowing he’s exhausted and losing his eyes, to see Naruto in this moment has him shook.

2024-10-01 15:51:58 +0000 UTCAre you for real? Sasuke tells Naruto straight to his face that he has no idea what he's going through because Naruto never had anything to lose in the first place. Neither of them know exactly how he feels, yet both of them chase after him anyway because he is their teammate and close friend. Yet only Sakura gets shit for it because her feelings also happen to be romantic rather than just a being bros. And everyone knows that people would do way more irrational things for those they are romantically interested in compared to what they would do for their bros. And thats exactly what they are both doing, completely irrational behavior, which is why it's Naruto who should be getting memed on for it, not Sakura.

2024-10-01 13:23:28 +0000 UTCKakashi was around the same age as Sasuke was when he started losing his family. He spoke from experience when he told Sasuke to focus more on what he has now more so than what he's lost. For a long time, Kakashi was the same way. Traumatized and distant towards everyone. What he was trying to tell Sasuke is to focus on the positive, which is a good way find peace when dealing with trauma. He was trying to be that person Sasuke could go to for comfort. We're even shown them going out together before he decided to leave the village. It's true that he didn't understand Sasukes pain to its fullest extent, but that doesn't make him wrong when it came to what Sasuke needed to do.
NARIOUS DIXON
2024-10-01 13:05:39 +0000 UTCI disagree, I think it was a terrible talk. Sasuke was only 12 years old at the time and Kakashi basically told him to get over the feelings he'd been carrying since he was about 7. You can't just expect a kid to get over trauma just like that. Kakashi may have lost people in the past but he didn't lose them to one singular person whom he loved dearly. Sasuke at that age was coping with everything the best he could and in hindsight he was a very quiet studious kid who kept to himself. A lot of predators would then prey upon and exploit this vulnerability; Sasuke was in a pretty healthy place in team 7 but Orochimaru and Itachi would go on to beat him down and humiliate him for both their personal agendas. While Itachi's intentions were good you can't just forget he put his little brother through hell seeing his parents slaughtered over and over with the genjutsu; all that did was reopen the wounds Sasuke thought he patched up years ago. Orochimaru also did every possible thing to feed that hatred Sasuke had inside. Not one single person comforted Sasuke after the massacre; as a little kid he left the hospital on his own and went back to where his parents were murdered. Literally all of the canon suggests Sasuke was left to deal with everything that happened on his own; Naruto at least had Iruka while growing up.
Brianda Sandoval
2024-10-01 12:41:58 +0000 UTCI always say that the speech Kakashi gave Sasuke in part 1 was the best talk anyone gave him. Sasuke was too obsessed with the past instead of focusing on moving forward. He was only really alone because he choose to be.

2024-10-01 12:12:43 +0000 UTCsuch a shame how half of this episode is just a flashback, but then again half of the anime is just flashbacks and filler

2024-10-01 08:18:16 +0000 UTCTo waste means to kill, it's weird he'd choose to use that word to drive home his point. Because he's making it sound like Itachi would kill Sasuke the second time around which he would not.

2024-10-01 07:19:32 +0000 UTCThey should have given Sasuke actual positive qualities for Sakura to witness so it made more sense as to why she was in love with him rather than just being in love with him because he's hot. Sasuke never really had many likable qualities in the first place as a non-villain even though I do find him quite interesting and badass as a villain. Maybe Kishimoto should have given Sasuke more time to shine before he fell into darkness so that the viewers could be more attached to the idea of saving Sasuke and understanding Naruto & Sakuras motivations to bring him home. The small signs of compassion towards his teammates by the end of the Land of Waves arc and a couple times in the Chunnin exams were not really enough imo

2024-10-01 07:11:16 +0000 UTCIt doesn't matter that she can't understand Sasuke the way Naruto can, it doesn't make her feelings any less valid. She cares about Sasuke just as much as Naruto does and wants to help him. They're a squad and they went on many missions together not just the ones the anime showed. Also Sakura did not treat Naruto like trash; Naruto was a very hyperactive obnoxious brat at the start of the series who constantly disrupted class and got in trouble and you're surprised Sakura didn't want anything to do with him. Sakura's problem with Naruto was he was an annoying pest who bothered her and got on her nerves but she got a harsh reality check when Sasuke scolded her and then she did some self reflecting that she shouldn't treat Naruto that way. Once they became a squad they all grew closer as a family and the anime made it a stupid running gag to have her hit Naruto all the time which isn't something that happens in the manga; Sakura would go on to heal Naruto when he'd get injured and there were numerous times where Sakura would cry for Naruto's suffering or cheer him in his matches. Don't act like Sakura has this deep hatred for Naruto or that Naruto's affected personally by what she does. She's a big sister who ribs and squabbles with her little brother but it's not done with any hatred or malice in mind.
Brianda Sandoval
2024-10-01 06:51:51 +0000 UTCBruh are you for real? Having to explain this is ridiculous at this point. Naruto went through hell and if anyone can understand Sasukes loneliness it’s him. Sakura doesn’t understand anything except foe a lust over someone she never knew at first and still doesn’t. It’s not that hard to decipher. And Sakura treated Naruto someone who has understood Sakura like trash.
Diego Hill
2024-10-01 06:35:53 +0000 UTCUh no Baris, Itachi would not kill Sasuke if he was resurrected. Itachi never said he would kill Sasuke if he had a second chance. He only wanted to confirm what Naruto's feelings about his brother were. If Naruto had said he'd kill Sasuke for the village then as a Shinobi Itachi would understand but as a big brother he'd never be okay with his little brother being killed. Did you forget Sasuke's is the one life Itachi weighed over both the clan and the village likewise Sasuke feels the same way that Itachi's life was worth more than the village and that ungrateful place wasn't worth his noble sacrifice. Itachi smiled at Naruto's answer because he was able to confirm there's still one other person who cares about his little brother as much as he does. Also no, screw Danzo he doesn't deserve any kind of sympathy. We saw time and again his ego was more important than the village and he'd sooner let half the village die before saving it if it means he'd have to relinquish control. Danzo's the one who was the cause for majority of the conflicts we've seen so far of this series so he's actually the most dangerous enemy the Leaf's ever had. And before anybody tries to defend him anything that was considered good or helpful to the Leaf directly benefited him; the Uchiha slaughter could have been prevented but Danzo wanted Shisui's eye at the expense of a race of people who with that eye could have stopped a coup de état peacefully. He also worked with Orochimaru who was a criminal at that point in time to have that Sharingan arm made for him knowing full well those eyes belonged to the very people slaughtered for his goal. Don't get it twisted Danzo saw himself as a hero in his final moments, but it just goes to show how delusional he was and those flashbacks reveal how much of a hypocrite he was wanting the love and admiration Hiruzen had while completely ignoring his own cowardice is what kept him from the Hokage seat in the first place.
Brianda Sandoval
2024-10-01 06:34:32 +0000 UTCSakura has some annoying moments for sure but I'll never understand why everyone gives her shit for having feelings for Sasuke but no one says anything about how Naruto feels/behaves just because he doesn't come out and say he loves him. Naruto's feelings are way more unrealistic than Sakura's.
