i think kabuto is a bit less than frieza. for instance in part 1 we see kabuto heal hinata during the neji vs naruto fight for no real reason other than just wanting too. he also heals sakura even if it is for getting rid of more akatski, i dont see frieza doing that lol

Orochimaru has a method to his madness that, while morally questionable, isn't inherently malicious because his technology and techniques could be used for good ends, but Kabuto is just gutter trash.

I'll admit this arc is better than Utakata's but it's still good. The only filler I couldn't really handle was the post leave village issue fillers during rebuilding *she doesn't read the comments*
