Personally, I think the next filler arc is decent enough to give it a reaction/watch. Gives more context for the future. Although I wouldn't be opposed to skipping it

2024-03-25 18:15:33 +0000 UTCOkay you and Madison should watch this one or skim on your own time at least because it is REALLY cool in some parts and this is the sort of story line I think you'll find a lot of value in together. The Crystal user is bad ass, you get to see the Naruto effect in action, sure the kid is annoying repeating "someone to go home to" a million times, but this is a filler arc worth your time. Might not be worth the complaining in the comments though posting them lol. Some key moments will be getting a lot of screen time with the 3 tails, which does come up in an important part much later that I think Madison will really appreciate, also we see some Akatsuki action with Toby and Deidara in this arc otherwise you're like "When the hell did they get the three tails?" Also Naruto learns an important style of jutsu from Jiraiya and TRUST me you want all the Jiraiya time you can get. *she doesn't read the comments*

I say do what your guys want read a synopsis. I watched the show only a couple years ago for the first time and I always choose to watch every episode first then pick and choose later

Also the Power/Chikara arc 290 - 295 should not be skipped. The animation quality is outstanding and too good to skip

I'm genuinely surprised there are so many votes to skip for this one as this filler arc was actually one of the better ones. Has some funny Tobi/Deidara moments that are worth checking out. The dango scene in particular is one of my favourite Tobi moments. However I'm all for skipping if the majority wants it to get to the better stuff. I think you'll have a fair few filler defenders upset with skipping this one
