Just like how westerners use astrology. Blood Type A traits include responsibility, diligence, well-mannered, shy, withdrawn, and organized. That's why Orochimaru asked Kabuto if he was Type A after he spoke about having his cadaver set complete. And to his surprise, Kabuto is Type AB. Which include the traits proud, calmness, composed, talented, mysterious, and two-faced. Not to mention that blood Type ABs are universal receivers. Which, is something that we all know will be very important in about 200 episodes from now.
