For home instant though. You can kick it up to a whole new level. 2 cups water like it says and its seasoning packet. But before you add the ramen throw in a scoop of Better Than Bullion, 1 tbs of butter, some soy sauce, pepper. then add the ramen, and in the end mix in an egg yolk and a little sesame seed oil. FFS, you will drink that shit down like Champa.
