2023-11-07 04:38:50 +0000 UTCFighting someone while also trying to remember not to kill him is SUCH a handicap, Deidara I wouldn’t say is much stronger than Gaara but there is a good gap between them. If 10/10 is Madara’s godly power level, Gaara is an 8/10 and Deidara is a 8.4/10

2023-11-07 03:05:54 +0000 UTCAdmittedly you can feel the slow pace of this first arc compared to whats to come, but there is a lot of story to build and things to coordinate. All in all, I think it's done well. My critique would be around the stalled moments like here with Kankuro and the village ninja just gawking rather than being shinobi and coordinating an attack swiftly, and later during the Sasori fight, we get hit with cut after cut of Deidara just hovering with Naruto and Kakashi in pursuit through these endless tree cliffs lol... It feels really really dragged out in that regard. *She doesn't read the comments*

2023-11-07 02:47:36 +0000 UTCThe pacing of this fight (and the general story) is another one of the differences that I've noticed. In the games, the pacing of the story is more streamlined and to the point, and the fights (especially the boss battles) are more exaggerated
