Quick note, Shinobi don't sense everyone the same way the Z fighters can. Only specific characters or techniques can make it so chakra can be sensed. Other than that, unless some has heightened senses (sight, smell, hearing, or even ninjustu like Zabuza's mist) Shinobi go at it the traditional way, knowing exactly where your opponent is or finding where they hide before they get you.

I think she has pretty well accepted that Sarutobi will die at this point but I wonder if she is thinking Orochimaru will die as well or if she is thinking someone else will fight him after? I'm interested to see what her reaction is to the resolution of this section.
