2023-06-21 15:23:47 +0000 UTCKeep in mind since Naruto was knocked out Sakura was the only one who witnessed first hand what happened to Sasuke in the forest and she saw how he agonized in pain and how he passed out in her arms. They both went through that together so of course she's worried about him it's not the superficial obsession with Sasuke she took Orochimaru's warning seriously and is concerned also Kakashi's not telling her the whole truth. Without any poking or prodding Sakura was going to take Lee a flower because she cares deeply about him too as a friend; notice how Ino didn't even entertain the idea of going to see Sasuke even though he's been hospitalized for weeks until Sakura brought it up then decided to tag along which just goes to show Sakura's feelings for Sasuke are real and Ino just uses him as an excuse to compete with Sakura. I guarantee if Sakura didn't show interest Ino wouldn't either.
