After finishing Shippuden I apologized to every single one of them in my adult life haha!

2023-05-16 17:55:01 +0000 UTCok so i think this is what lord hokage was trying to say is that the chunnin exams is a way to stop massive wars from happening by having each nation compete in a controlled inviroment to help ninjas test their abilities in a way that allows them to fight each other without a full scale war needing to happen that way , shinobis are allowed to let off some steam and also build new friendships and bonds with other lands without involving entire villages and risking the lives of innocent people , sacrfice the lives of a few to save the many its messed up but this way , the balance of power wont be tipped to one side and villages wont feel the need to power trip and attack eachother a good way to build friendships.
