Getting in Shape by Sketchy Treadmill over 1 Year

Hello! Here I made a LONG video of me trying to get in shape, took me a year to make this, 24 minute for you to watch! But the journey is not over...
I liked the video, but wanted to point exercise is for health, strength and stamina, but not weight control. That is the near-exclusive domain of the kitchen.
Evolution gave us the ability (and motivation) to store carbs at a rate far beyond our usage rate, driven by seasonal availability. Luckily, we seem lack the ability to store ingested fats the same way.

Unfortunately I'm too stupid to walk and think at the same time.

Several commercial treadmills do that, but typically by increasing/decreasing the incline and not speed.

Mehdi, thanks for this very interesting video. At the 18:35 seconds, you put 'February 2023' I think you meant 2024?

Do an update where you run a feedback wire to the treadmill that accelerates and decelerates to keep your heart rate constant. I had this idea for so long but never had the time to implement it.

Looked like spade terminal on both pcb and switch… just switch L and N, if not cut wires and connect white to black and black to white
